Dan Croteau

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Croteau serves as Chief Executive Officer of Viant, where he leads the company's global strategy and operations, serving on the Board of Directors. Dan brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the medical device contract manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of building customer-focused organizations and driving scalable growth. Prior to joining Viant, Dan served as Chief Executive Officer of Corza Medical, President and CEO of Surgical Specialties Corporation, and President and CEO of Vention Medical. He also serves on the board of directors for multiple global MedTech enterprises. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sean Crowley

Chief Operating Officer

Sean Crowley oversees the global operations of Viant's manufacturing facilities worldwide, directing operational excellence, program management, global supply chain, and engineering organizations. Joining Viant in 2018, he possesses more than 20 years of international manufacturing experience. Previously, he served 15 years at Medtronic, culminating as Vice President of Global Operations for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, managing engineering and supply chain across 29 facilities supporting $8B+ in revenue. Sean earned a master's degree in engineering & global operations management from Clarkson University and a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Justin Walsh

Chief Commercial Officer

Justin Walsh leads Viant's global commercial organization, including strategic account management, business development, marketing, and commercial launch execution. He is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding Viant's market position as a premier single-source medical device contract manufacturer. Justin brings over 20 years of specialized experience in MedTech contract manufacturing. Prior to joining Viant, he held senior commercial leadership positions at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, CONMED, and Stryker. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.

Greg Kayata

Chief Human Resources Officer

Greg Kayata leads Viant's global human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, associate engagement, organizational development, total rewards, and global workforce performance. Greg joined Viant in 2018 with over 30 years of HR leadership experience, including 11+ years specifically within medical device contract manufacturing. He previously served as CHRO at Acelity and held corporate HR leadership roles at Covidien and Tyco Healthcare (now Medtronic). Greg holds a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of New Haven and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Providence College.

Trish Albert

Corporate Vice President and General Counsel

Trish Albert is responsible for Viant's comprehensive legal affairs, overseeing corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, and risk mitigation strategies. Trish brings over 20 years of healthcare and corporate legal expertise. She previously served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Vention Medical (formerly Advanced Polymers). Trish holds a bachelor's degree in History and English from the University of Southern Maine and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Suffolk University Law School.

Dave Rose

Corporate Vice President of QA/RA & Chief Compliance Officer

Dave Rose leads the strategic evolution of Viant's global quality assurance and regulatory affairs functions. He ensures company-wide adherence to ISO 13485 standards, FDA regulations, and international quality compliance. Dave brings over 25 years of medical device manufacturing quality leadership to Viant. Most recently, he served as Senior Quality Director at Becton Dickinson, supervising quality systems across Peripheral Interventional manufacturing facilities. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive QA/RA positions at Getinge, Delcath Systems, Navilyst Medical (Boston Scientific), and Tyco Healthcare. Dave holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Boston College and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Dr. John Devine, Managing Director at Orthoplastics

Dr. John Devine directs Viant's Orthoplastics operations in the UK, the industry's premier supplier of premium-grade orthopedic ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for implantable devices. John brings more than 20 years of executive leadership in biomaterials and orthopedic manufacturing, with deep technical expertise in commercialization, polymer chemistry, and precision manufacturing. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Invibio, leading PEEK-based medical component operations globally, and held senior technology leadership roles at Victrex. John holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, an MSc in Process Technology from the University of Strathclyde, and a BSc in Chemistry.
